2019 Kentucky Parent Leadership Summit
Saturday, March 30, 2019

General Butler State Resort Park Conference Center

GET AWAY and GET CONNECTED to other parents and advocates who are passionate about taking action to improve public education for Kentucky students! Join us in the scenic rolling hills of Carrollton for a one-day leadership retreat hosted by the Prichard Committee and designed to inform and inspire parents to be effective education advocates and leaders. This is a unique opportunity to connect with other parents and community leaders across the state to share ideas and get energized for action and advocacy!

This year’s Summit will announce exciting new developments in how Kentucky is expanding family engagement efforts across the state. We’ll also be recognizing individuals who are serving as education champions in their community and sharing new tools and resources for parent advocates to engage their friends and neighbors in conversations about educational progress and equity in their community.

Registration is free and open until Friday, March 15. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, so we ask that you notify us at least 3 days prior the event if you will need to cancel your registration for any reason.

Overnight lodging options (cottages, lodge rooms and campgrounds) are available at the General Butler State Park and should be reserved separately on their website.

A big thanks to our 2019 Parent Summit Sponsors!
