For the last 25 years, Kentucky has led the nation in promoting a well-rounded education for all students. New research underscores why this approach remains essential for each and every Kentucky child.
Please join us for a webinar discuss new insights into how building knowledge and vocabulary through science, social studies, and the arts builds the foundation for reading comprehension, and serves as a critical strategy to prevent achievement gaps in reading. We will also discuss ideas for how state accountability systems, particularly with new Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), can incentivize schools and districts to prioritize a well-rounded education.
