Brooke Gill is the National Director for Family Friendly Schools and a seasoned leader in nonprofit and education initiatives focused on family and community engagement. She has spent over a decade building partnerships, strengthening local leadership, and creating systems that empower families as active partners in children’s learning. Brooke’s work emphasizes translating policy and practice into sustainable, family-centered solutions that support student success. Known for her results-driven approach and bias to action, she brings deep experience in community schools, family engagement, and systems change, and is passionate about helping schools create environments where families feel valued, informed, and equipped to participate fully. Brooke holds a Bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
