Join us for the first in a series of lunch and learn opportunities focused on upward mobility. This is an important topic at this point in the Prichard Committee’s longstanding mission to realize a “path to a larger life” for all Kentuckians, with education at the core. While Kentucky has realized improvement in education outcomes—climbing from the bottom to the middle of the national rankings—we continue to linger in the bottom five in median household income and poverty. The work ahead should realize both a continued climb to the top tier of states in education and show evidence of decreasing poverty and improving economic mobility.
