Michael Callan has been a licensed attorney representing clients in multiple capacities for nearly a decade. In addition, Michael has had the privilege of serving the public as a legislative attorney at the Kentucky Legislative Research Commission and in several surrounding states. Michael has a deep understanding of the practice of law, practical research, bill drafting, and the legal and regulatory dynamics necessary to elevate society. Michael’s insight into different legal realms led him to join the Prichard Committee and dedicate his career to improving the educational system in Kentucky.

In his role as Director of Policy Research, Michael leverages his legal expertise to advance the organization's mission, working diligently to promote policies and initiatives that enhance the quality of K-12 education and post-secondary success. He is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of students, parents, and educators by championing positive changes in our education system.
