The Collaborative Leadership Team-Assessment helps groups of families, educators, and community members launch, strengthen, and sustain their collective impact work. Grounded in five stages of engagement and five key mindset shifts, it provides a clear snapshot of your team’s strengths, growth areas, and next steps for building stronger partnerships.

To get started:

• Read the instructions
• Have each team member complete the assessment
• Have the group lead complete the online assessment form
• As a team, review the results along with the Next Steps and Potential Pitfalls resource provided, to identify strengths, growth areas, and practical steps to move forward together

We also offer an Individual Leadership Self-Assessment for families, community members, students, and others interested in reflecting on their personal leadership journey.
