The Individual Leadership Self-Assessment is designed to help families, community members, students, and others grow as local education champions. By reflecting on your knowledge, connections, and leadership mindset, you’ll gain insight into your current level of engagement and identify opportunities to expand your impact. Rooted in the Prichard Committee’s 40+ years of experience, this tool is part of our statewide effort to strengthen family, school, and community partnerships for better outcomes in Kentucky.

• Review the results along with the Next Steps and Potential Pitfalls resource provided, to identify strengths, growth areas, and practical steps to move forward.
